6. Customer conversation and workspace data
When customers use TripDhootha to manage conversations with their own leads, users, or end customers, TripDhootha acts as a service provider or processor on behalf of the customer for most workspace content.
The customer controls what data is imported into the platform, which integrations are enabled, who has access to the workspace, and how long records are retained unless retention is required by law or needed for security, billing, or dispute resolution.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.
Account, billing, and audit information may be retained for longer periods where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include access controls, environment configuration, encryption of selected secrets, audit records, and operational monitoring.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their own devices, credentials, admin access, and integration tokens.
