We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Some features may depend on third-party services, account approvals, tokens, provider quotas, or paid subscriptions.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, choosing appropriate workspace administrators, managing user access, and ensuring the accuracy of account and billing details.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, agents, or other users granted access by your organization.

You retain responsibility for the data you or your users submit to the platform, including contact records, tickets, messages, templates, notes, and integration content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to process such data through TripDhootha.

Third-party integrations such as WhatsApp, email, payment providers, and hosting services are governed both by these Terms and by the relevant third-party provider rules. We are not responsible for service interruptions, policy violations, or approvals controlled by those providers.

6. Fees, subscriptions, and renewals

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing, billing cycle, and plan limits presented during purchase or renewal. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the active billing term.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, duties, and payment processing charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension, downgrade, restricted functionality, or termination of access.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, provider rules, payment obligations, or security requirements.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before the effective date of termination.
